We just received word that all night work for this week has been postponed until next week due to other work currently being done.

We recently received a note from C.J. Mabardy that they plan to do night work on Concord Ave. on September 14 & 15th between 8pm and 10am to grind down the pavement. They will be using the C.J. Mabardy yard as the disposal site and they have said they plan to work as quietly . . . → Read More

The City’s contractor, Mabardy Construction, resumed work on Concord Ave during the week of May 16.  Crews will begin sidewalk reconstruction on Concord Ave at Smith Place, on the south (Fresh Pond) side.
