Panel discussion on proposed federal legislation and policies to regulate greenhouse gas emissions.

Rob Garrity, Executive Director of Massachusetts Climate Action Network, will moderate a distinguished panel of experts who will analyze pending climate bills and regulations and how they would affect global warming.
