Dear neighbors,
Lisa and I would like to thank you all for your kind support during our Variance application with the City. We have now completed the process and have fortunately been granted the variance to construct the additional living space on our 3rd floor. The board were exceptionally taken by how much support there was within the neighborhood and this played a major part in us being granted permission to move forward.
We are now squaring away a last few things and waiting for better weather before starting the project. We are currently anticipating a start date around mid April. If anyone has any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
