Hi Neighbors and hope everyone is doing well.
Most of you have probably seen the fence up around the Ground Round. Below is the website for the group that purchased the area from Ground Round through Kappys. Some of you have already seen this, however, we have some updates.
Once you open up, go to properties, Alewife Brook, then scroll down until you see the leasing flyer.
Mr. Kenny said until the people have signed a lease then he cannot say who is looking at the parcels, however once they sign he will. Notice in the back, there is CVS and Trader Joe, so we assume that TJ has already signed the lease.
