Lisa and I have applied to the Cambridge Board of Zoning Appeal (Cambridge BZA) with regards to a variance to our property (67 / 69 Griswold Street). We are planning on building with our attic space and adding dormers. This requires us to go before the BZA due to the floor area ratio (FAR) relating to the size of the lot.

Prior to the meeting (about 2 weeks) direct abutters and abutters to abutters will be notified of the application by the City of Cambridge.
