Where: Belmont Public Library, Staff Room, Concord Avenue, Belmont, MA.

- Belmont does not have solution for sewer storm water in Winn Brook to date ???
- Arlington Proposed Warrant to make Lake Street etc. one way —– Discussion
- Police chief (Ret), Cambridge to review crime in this type of development
- Possibility of buyout
- Attorney for representation
- Activities for public awareness
- Other critical issues that may result from your input
What: Come up with the salient points and coordinated action for presentation to the Belmont Zoning Board meeting scheduled for January 3, 2007.
Why: Make sure that the Belmont Zoning Board carries out it’s mission and listens to the citizens of Winn Brook, to the citizens of Belmont and the citizens of the commonwealth regarding this property.
